Thank you to Josh and John and the team of Property Solutions Niagara for doing such a fantastic job tearing down and rebuilding front porch and garden wall plus tiling two levels of front porch, plus tearing up and tiling a whole new backyard patio. Also had help with a few other items around the property. Always kept me informed of any issues and suggestions to change the design to suit the situation/issue. Hard working, professional team. I highly recommend.

July 2023: OUT WITH THE OLD ~ IN WITH THE NEW!!

I highly recommend and encourage you to use Property Solutions Niagara! There is no project too big or too small for this team. My 'custom designed patio project' was done as promised from beginning to completion. Only 8 days, (ahead of schedule) including rain-days that did not stop them. They arrived on time; we knew what and when to expect them. *Top notch equipment: They spared no expense to do my job right. It's money well spent for years of enjoyment to come. Important to me: the price never changed! I am proud of my backyard patio project. It's perfect 🙂

Neighbourhood added comments: This amazing respectful team all worked together in organized harmony. Perfect excavation including pop-up underground drainage. They kept the neighbourhood and job-site clean. They left the property in perfect showroom condition. "They know their stuff"...

Property Solutions Niagara re-landscaped our sloped back garden by removing river rock and replaced with new top soil and mulch. They also planted some new cedars and replanted some flowers that we wanted to save. Josh and his team were so nice to work with. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were finished.
