So wonderful to be able to do taste tests of all their spreads, etc. So many varieties - several that are spicy or "hot" - not just sweet! Absolutely loved the Peach & Lavender and the Raspberry & Rose ones (special mention to the Blueberry & Basil)! Was so very happy to find the Sour Cherry, Rhubarb and Rosemary one that I haven't seen in the stores I go to for years! Great to know you can order online! The staff person was friendly, helpful and patient as I made my difficult choices! (Discounts offered if you buy 3 or more!)

We already knew some SaltSpring Kitchen products from our supermarket in Vancouver and love them! But I wanted to write to rave about our tasting experience and the wonderful woman behind the counter. We thought we knew what we wanted when walking in, but the woman picked up on our taste (spicy) and was able to suggest we try 3 alternatives we walked away with all 3 of her suggestions. I love their jams! Peach and pepper is one of my favorites. They also carry a wide variety of Salt Spring Island cheese, as well as other local made products.

I've never been on location, but I received these as a gift. AMAZING! These are full flavour! I just put the spicy tomato on a bacon & veggie sandwich...Yum!

Love, love your milled grains! The flour is
light and fluffy and makes the most amazing breads, pastries and noodles! We are thrilled to have access to so many different kinds of flours made from a variety of grains grown right here in BC.

Such a great shop, super friendly, helpful and informative staff. We felt really welcome and were offered some some great tasters with pairing recommendations. Definitely recommend visiting to pick up some delicious chutneys.
