Outstanding and personalized customer service!! Mannan is a very knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring person. His communication skills are top notch. I brought my laptop to him as it would not turn on. Mannan was quick to educate me on what may be going on and why it was not turning on, he gave me a very reasonable turnaround time and repair costs are very competitive.
Turns out it was a dead battery. Laptop now fixed, serviced and good to go. Not only did I get my old laptop fixed but I also bought a new laptop through him and my old one is now a backup.
Thank you Mannan for your incredible service and IT insights. Should I have any issues going forward, I will be sure to come back to you. Highly recommend this place for any repairs, and IT related services.

Mannan is a caring and kind individual. He knows what's he's doing. I'm not tech-savvy at all and with the fear of data breaches everywhere, he eased my concerns. My laptop screen went haywire and then the laptop itself died. He was able to get to the root problem and save my data in the end. So glad I came here. Highly recommend this place.
