Ordered online. They didn't ship on-time and they didn't give me the correct tracking number, twice.
They said sorry and will ship soon, but then never hear back again.
Finally got the item delivered only to find it was the wrong one and there was an extra item in the box I didn't order.
I do not recommend buying from them online.

Great customers service. Professional staff. Not greedy like so many other stores. I brought my son phone last week to buy and install a screen protector and a case. The girl who wears hijab ( sorry don't know her name). Was very helpful and did them for me in less than 10 minutes. Thanks alot.

So I went at this store randomly in January this year and after the day I discovered this shop, I go all the way from Niagra to this store specifically whenever I need something. Their online services, their costumer care, everything is incredible. I went recently for a battery change because my old mobile wasn’t working. It had a lot of passwords saved in it. I handed over my mobile to them and finally they revived my passwords. They own my trust. I love their services.

Take your device to this place at your own risk!! Their technicians are incompetent and customer service is extremely poor.

I took my phone to them for repair when it stopped charging. They offered the lowest price to fix it (as they use fake parts). But I'm realizing that spending an extra $40 elsewhere would've been a way better decision.

They said the phone needed a new charging port. They changed the charging cable only but now my phone was apparently charging but not turning on. They said the port was fine, but there was water damage and the display was not working. That was impossible as my display was just fine till I took it to them. On asking more questions the technician spoke rudely and his only explanation is that I was lying about the condition of my phone.

So I took my phone from there to a U break I fix shop (authorised Samsung shop). The technician there opened the phone and immediately noted that the CHARGING CABLE WAS PLACED INCORRECTLY THAT CAUSED A SURGE OF POWER TO BURN THE MOTHERBOARD. The cost to now fix all of this was $300+ and that's not even confirmed because finding a replacement motherboard for this model is difficult.

My data and 1.5 year old perfectly working phone, all gone because of the incompetence of the technician at this store. When I went back to tell them they made a mistake and should compensate me, they refused to believe me and continued to speak rudely like I was crazy and made stuff up. Their attitude and service towards customers is poor and overall their staff is incompetent and rude.

They have incapable staff on board. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. The technician ruined my properly working phone by fixing the charging port incorrectly and frying up the entire motherboard. A small $50 fix ended up in me having to buy a $500+ new phone and losing all of my data. Do not take your devices to this place even for the smallest of fixes.

Very professional & affordable. I have been going there for years. Bought my laptop there. They fixed my daughter iPad. Bought several things there. I would recommend them to anyone.
