Above & Beyond ?

Liam and the owner are absolute god-sends. My work laptop couldn't open anymore and I brought it into the shop late and they stayed overtime until everything was reformatted and working (it was a SSD issue so I got a new one) the same day.

Then I had a few other issues with losing important tabs and they helped me recover everything.

By far the best technicians when it comes to computers I've ever encountered and will be the ONLY place I go to from now on for such issues.

I have been dealing with SOS Computers Systems for about five years now. They have sold me two laptops, have upgraded my software and removed nasty viruses for me. Every individual I have interacted with at SOS has been friendly and helpful. More importantly, they have all been very knowledgeable and genuinely put my interests first. This is especially true of the owner - he does not want to repair something if the cost outweighs the market value of the equipment. In addition to exceptional staff and customer service, SOS Computer Systems also offers extremely fair pricing. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs to have a laptop repaired or get a new laptop. They are top-notch professionals providing excellent products and services at very reasonable prices.

You can't praise enough the customer care of this team, the professionalism on dealing with your issue, the competence on offering alternatives. Lucky to live close to this shop. Chateau to the owner who works harder and always available. Highly recommend.

Seem like nice people and interesting selection of equipment. However, I reached out over facebook market place if they had parts. Confirmed they did but when I got there they said they didn't. Wasted my time.
