I’ve been using them for Airbnb answering for a few years. 24/7 answering is great and why I stayed. Customer service was nice over email but took awhile for a reply usually. But
 the bills are excessive for answering a 30 second call every couple or few days. The explanations for billing never made sense (some calls were minutes long when my buzzer hangs up after 27 seconds). They just doubled the rates and sent me invoices - almost $30 for a day if there’s a holiday in the month and then the monthly service just doubled. Bills are anywhere from $50-80. I found another service that does the same thing for $15 a month.

We An-Ser has been phenomenal to work with. Before, during and after the pandemic. The management team is quick and great at what they do. The agents are kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to provide great service. They have even helped to organize areas our own team was lacking in. This company deserves more recognition.

Have been dealing with We An-ser since 2014 and have never had any complaints! Their manager has been at every level in the company and cares so much about the service they provide customers, as well as supporting her employees. Cassie is also wonderful to deal with and goes above and beyond to help whoever crosses her path.

Absolutely worst service. Spoke to Ashley and extremely rude. Poor customer service. Didn't provide any details on how services work, overcharging and under-delivering.
