The museum is also attached to their visitor information center. The staff there were very friendly and had lots to offer of what to do in and around Nordegg. The museum itself was wonderful and had a lot of history both inside and outside.

It’s worth watching the museum when visiting Rocky Mountain House. Such a historical things they have preserved, few really are unbelievable.

I had an incredible time at the museum! It's like a time machine filled with 1800 and 1900 objects that truly transport you back in time. The scavenger hunt the receptionist provided was a hit with my children, making the visit interactive and engaging. We spent about 1.5 hours exploring and were particularly impressed by the indigenous art and souvenirs in the charming little store. If you find yourself in Rocky Mountain House, this museum is definitely worth a visit. P.S the bathrooms were spotless.

Small museum, but the displays are very well put together! If you go, make sure to check out the outside displays - the cabins and school were very nice inside.

Awesome place. Took us 2 and a half hours kids did a scavenger hunt and tested to see if they were smarter then a 9th grader In 1923. The museum staff were very friendly and helpful. Admission prices were excellent. Would highly recommend!

Was a wonderful experience friendly staff, my kids really enjoyed the player piano! There are so many things to see in the museum it's an incredible collection. I really enjoyed the old school House.
