Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits, avant et après notre trip avec Mackenzie trail west. Hôtel propre, chambre sobre mais confortable. Le resto de l’hôtel est excellent! Le personnel souriant, poli et attentionné. Ils ont gentiment gardé nos valises lors de notre semaine dans les rocheuses et tout était parfait a notre retour!

Je suis restée une nuit à cet hôtel qui est situé au centre de la ville. L'accueil et la chambre était bien. C'était propre. Le déjeuner était compris et il y a un très bon restaurant dans l'hôtel. L'insonorisation est moyenne.

Im glad to have stayed here. The rooms are cleaned every day. It's easy to check in / out. There's plenty of parking. Grilles, the restaurant is great. The Wait staff are exceptional and the food is always tasty. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff are under staffed for the amount of guests at 6am. Even though the breakfast is free, I had to go elsewhere in order to have breakfast and to make it to work on time.

I was very impressed with how clean the room was, it was the cleanest room I have stayed in across Canada, even cleaner than the big name hotels. The beds were extremely comfortable and the restaurant was clean and waitress was great. The only issue I had was I asked for a bathtub in my room and got a shower. Would 100% stay here again.

Rooms were clean, Nancy was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our breakfast, which was included with the room, was made as requested and delicious. Can't say enough nice things about our server Becca. Very attentive, friendly, and overall a warm personality. Rooms are clean and practical. I feel like they are understaffed. Everytime we needed to speak to front desk for check in, breakfast vouchers, questions it was vacant. We’d call and the worker was obviously involved with other guest concerns as well. We felt for them. Issues were always resolved though. Just not in a convenient time. Get them help!

Confusing signage from road. Lobby is actually 3 buildings down from the sign. Upon trying to check in I was told I was not allowed to use my spouses credit card ( used to pay for my business hotel expenses and claim the travel rewards ). This is absurd I travel for work every other week and have used her card for years , literally tens of thousands of dollars in hotels. The staff failed to show me any company policy outlining why they had to decline the use of my wife’s card. Very very poor service , will not be returning

Rooms are clean and decent… my issue is with the hardness of the bed… after spending three nights in the hotel my lower back is so messed up to the point where I could barely walk around at work. I asked if they had different rooms with softer beds and was told they’re all the same. I’d compare it to sleeping on the floor with a thick carpet.
