Truck troubles land me in a Pot of Black Gold, after moving to the area my little truck was in need of some serious attention. Totally grateful to Kelty and his crew for the radiator flush . Before having to travel 1000 km . Arriving back to RMH the lovely Sydney booked my badly needed brake pad and rotor replacements, ( repairing another shops crappy job btw).
I have to say this whole crew rocked my world.
My truck is running great and oh “that’s what brakes are suppose to feel like” . Thanks for keeping me safe in my travels and letting me know of future repairs that will need fixing . I’ll be calling you folks again.

I left a good review a few weeks ago, but I unfortunately have to change that. The guys are great, got the work done and solved the problem, but when I got my car back the alignment was noticeably off. I inquired about it as I know it was absolutely fine before it went in their shop. The guy told me that "car manufacturers make a natural inclination to the right to avoid headon collisions if the steering wheel is left unattended on the road". He looked at it and said everything looks fine.

Now I have to go spend another 150 on an aligment (already did one a few months ago) after spending 800 at their shop to correct a problem I did not have before. They had a chance to correct whatever happened/admit fault and gain a loyal customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable. The guys that work there are great! Answered all my questions and the work they do is efficient, in a reasonable time-frame and good price. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else now that I found this place!

These guys were great! They helped me out of a huge jam immediately, I had 4x4 stuck in low issues and a 2 hour drive home. These guys met me on the road to try and diagnose the issue and helped me get back to their shop to do some further diagnoses and even though I had to leave the truck there overnight they were nice enough to bring it into the shop overnight so that nothing was stolen from the box. The next day they had managed to get the truck back in 2wheel and highway worthy, if I didn't need the truck before Monday I would've gladly had them do the rest of the work that it needed. 10/10 would use these guys again if I'm ever in the area with more issues! Thanks again!

Most expensive appology I have ever paid for. Unfortunatly even after he convinced me to get my trucks problem diagnosed to ensure that the right part was being fixed, they still fixed the wrong part and my truck still does not work. I can't help but feel riped off. I would have loved to give a great ratting because the owner seems like a realy nice guy but paying over $700 to have exactly nothing fixed is a hard pill to swollow especialy since I am dissabled and live on an extreamly tight budget, this was about half of my income for the month.

Great service! We had a backup camera install and car starter installed. Very cool you can start from your phone! Hired black gold for a second time this past week. Kelty was able to get a hitch installation done the week before may long weekend for us so we could get out camping!! Great service
