We have been using the Equivizor fly mask on all of our horses for the past 3 years. The horses and us love this product very much. It is in deed superior to any other fly mask we have been using over the past 30 years. However, the buckle system is not working as well as we would hope for. The horses loose buckles on a regular basis in the pasture and although the company makes the reorder fairly easy, the shipping costs are higher than the buckle it self, plus one needs a shoemaker to attach the buckle strong enough to the mask again (the company does not offer that service). It is just too bad that such a great product has to have such a major flaw making it our reason for 3 stars and not more.

I can not say enough about their masks. I believe I have everything they make in my tack room. My horse lost his battle with Uveitis and had his eye removed. We now depend on their products even more to protect his remaining eye. Good quality, reasonable pricing, but the best part is the knowledgeable staff. They are willing to work with you and your horse and answer any questions that may arise. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We have used many of the products offered. My horses and my dogs. Our dog was much happier after surgery with this visor as opposed to the one the vet gave her! Company is very easy to contact and super friendly to deal with!

Dealt with Liz and she was extremely rude. My order was changed without my knowledge and when I brought it to her attention she flat out refused to send me the shield I ordered because she said it wouldn't fit my dog. I explained it was my money and I wanted the one I ordered. She refused to sell it to me. I disputed it with my credit card and got the refund.....will not deal with them again.

The visor was a great alternative over the traditional E collar. So happy we were directed to Protective Pet Solutions. I’ll be trying the fly masks for our horses.

If I could I would give them zero stars. My experience with this company was horrible. The e-mail communications I had with them were rude and unprofessional. Good luck if you send anything back. My recommendation is to take a picture before you send the items back b/c otherwise kiss 20% goodbye as they will charge you a cleaning fee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
