Had multiple problems with a new tank that was installed by some installers recommended by CPO. In this last stretch of really cold weather it froze up and broke open the interior plumbing. So I left a realistic review of the installers work which was substandard. Kyle got a hold of me and made the situation right by sending out his vac truck and crew and fixed it up 100%, the way it should have been done initially. I would highly recommend CPO for septic tank repairs, maintenance and cleaning. For new installs be very careful about who you hire, because most of them do unacceptable work and bury it before anyone can see it if no one is around to supervise, it is the wild west with septic installers. And just because their name appears on someones recommended list of installers means nothing, because they are independant contractors and no one will accept liability for their sloppy work, the installers themselves or the ones who recommended them. My best advise is to hire a plumbing contractor with journyman plumbers that will back up their work and not rip you off. Thanks Kyle you did what you said you would do 100%.

Our septic tank had backed up and we all know how terrible that is. When I called Country Pump Out the office staff was pleasant and most helpful. After a short time a couple of great guys arrived to get things fixed up. Adelito and Leo were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to me. I am forever grateful.

County pump out got me out of a bind today. I was dealing with a frozen sewer line due to a failed septic pump. There man came out and had the line clear in an hour. I have used them before as well. Thanks.
