Even with the issues caused by the bank, Nancy ensued the deals closed despite the confusion and incredibly tight timelines. The value and quality of service I received from her was extremely poor!

Despite my frequent and timely follow up, I was notified less than 24hours before the Final closing date of a conflict regarding key exchange. I was then made responsible to do all of the couriering myself despite the fact that this is the lawyers responsibility and that they had already confirmed they would be the ones taking care of this matter.

Because of their lack of effort and poor professionalism/communication, the sale of my house almost fell through the cracks which would have cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Not to mention, within my 3 encounters with them within a total of 5 days, despite the urgency of the matter, I was still addressed by a completely different name (wrong name) each time. Very unprofessional!

This really spoiled the entire experience Of selling my property which should have otherwise been a celebration.

I regret using their services and will be using someone else in the future.
