Great so far. I brought in my Lenovo laptop that has warranty and they ordered the parts needed to be replaced asap. Ask a few questions and they said that the parts will come next week(Friday rn). I will edit if I can when the parts come in and how fast and the speed of the repairs.

I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad from Computer XS before and was very satisfied with the experience.

Recently, my laptop indicated that I needed new batteries. I was told by CXS that new batteries could be ordered and the counter person said I would receive a quote by email before ordering them. Within 10 days I had the quote, the batteries ordered and installed. The laptop is now working well again and I was satisfied with the interaction.

My only constructive criticism was that I felt after 3 to 4 days the company would at least have emailed me to say "where" in the process my battery quote was to keep me informed, because it felt a couple days longer than I was lead to believe. When I called, the counter person updated me and I felt better knowing that the quote was in "process".

My keyboard was broken and I didn't want to pay a fortune to have it repaired. The employees at CXS helped to find alternative solutions by offering me an extended warranty on my computer and replacing my keyboard through the warranty. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was fixed within a few hours. This was great as I need my computer for school and couldn't afford to drop it off somewhere for more than a day. Wonderful customer service and really good quality work!
