I had an amazing experience. My MacBook wasn't charging, and I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I even visited Apple at Fairview Mall where I bought the charger and they recommended I buy the same charger again. I didn't believe it as they've done me wrong once before. So I decided to see someone who knew what they were doing. I called the Mac Repair Man and he went above and beyond to help me, even meeting me outside of regular business hours to get it fixed. It seemed that it was simple, I initially was sold the wrong product to charge my MacBook, a charger not even meant for a MacBook. As a second-year student, I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to because of how incredible the service was. My MacBook Air screen needed a replacement, and despite some bad reviews, I decided to give this place a chance—and I’m so glad I did!

Not only did they replace my screen in just 30 minutes at a much better price than other places I checked, but they also went above and beyond to help me with additional issues. I had previously taken my Mac to another repair shop for a different issue, and instead of fixing it, they made things worse. Thankfully, this shop took the time to carefully diagnose the problem, explain what went wrong, and fix it properly—all without charging extra.

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel valued and not just like another customer. They truly care, and it shows in the way they treat people. Their honesty, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of Mac repairs! My wife had her battery replaced on her 2015 MacBook Pro. Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were able to stay and watch as the battery was changed and the computer was cleaned which was great!
