To summarize, 123 Worx is excellent. We are a new home, semi custom builder, operating in Massachusetts. We manage several new builds at the same time. We started working with 123 Worx after trying out several other construction mgmt. software, and spending a lot of time and effort setting them up only to find out that we would have to adapt to the software instead of the other way around. 123 Worx Sales and Support team went out of their way to make sure that we can do what we need to do, the way we want to do it! They are very patient in their training, and the support is great. You can expect a learning curve and your team will need to be engaged. Once over that setup hump, operations are smooth! We are heavily using the selections features, change orders, trade portals, client portals, schedules, tasks, document library, reports with ability to customize as per the needs of trades, suppliers, etc...We are also using their app on site, it has all the essential features that Job Supervisors need. We are minimizing our mistakes, streamlining communications where everything is in one place so we don't have to have multiple spreadsheets that are not updated as they should be. Our trades love it! no more requests for plans, selections, etc... They log in and have everything they need on their phones or tablets. My team and I are happy that we put in the time to get 123 Worx set up!

5 star service for sure!!! Bharat and Donnie have been awesome with helping us implement 123worx. We have been with them for about a year now and have not regretted making the move from our previous management software. We are a small cabinet restoration company and this is exactly what we needed. We were using one of the industry leading construction management softwares for our small company. After a couple years of increasing rates, they became too expensive for what we were utilizing. I contacted 123Worx and looked at the software. I realized that i could actually do more with 123Worx than I could with the previous software at half the cost! Also the 123Worx team was very hands on with training myself and our foreman. The team configured the software to match what I needed to do with it rather than me changing to match the software. They even have added a few things that I have requested to further meet our needs. The mobile app is very user friendly. Support has been swift and easy and very effective.
