Bought a Nexa, like the style more than other electric enclosed vehicles we've seen. Drove the 6 hours to see in person, asked a lot of questions and got all answered. Seemed busy but gave us as much time as we needed and stayed available to us. slight delay from supplier to them but delivery to us on time and as described. Very knowledgeable about products, very helpful and friendly. Answered all questions before and after sale plus had decency to call to be sure all was well with our purchase Jolene, husband and team were very kind friendly and a pleasure to meet.

These guys are amazing! I bought an EMMO DX in June 2024. Jolene helped me pick the right bike. She was also able to help me get the color I wanted even though it was hard to get it. Their YouTube videos are very helpful and cover most of the questions one might have.

I also get replies on little questions I might have about the bike.
