Very bad customer service,
every time you call them, you receive an automatic voice message " I am not in my desk"
tutorials does not work exactly how they show in youtube,
the course they offer is ridiculous expensive
take more time create a template than other software.
takes like a week to get an appointment for a class or to answer a question
they dont have a forum
very bad feedback with client
the youtube tutorials they use modified folders and templates preinstalled that are not in the installation pack.
