I was looking for someone local to fix an iPhone that lost its touch sensitivity. Located The Repair Bay and was pleasantly surprised with how fast his communication was and the knowledge that was given. Made arrangements to get it fixed and was done very quickly.
Shortly after the repair, the phone started acting up again (freezing when scrolling and when trying to send a message) they took it back and fixed it next day.

Super happy with the service. will be using them again for any other device issues I have

I would not recommend taking a device here as I paid 200$ back in march to have my device fixed (ipad mini 4 128gbs) waited months to be told to pick it up. I was just told to pick it up the other day so I did then I notice it is not even my iPad, its an iPad mini 2 32gbs I am not impressed at all!

Knocked my Google Pixel off a railing and completely ruined the display, and he was able to get a new screen in it and get it working within a couple days for about as much if not less than places outside of Parry Sound!

That repair failed within a few days and I was worried I had been scammed, but he offered me another fix within a couple days and a warranty on the first screen and it is working like new again without any issue this far this time! Very quick, and very communicative and available during the whole process. Can't thank him enough for saving my phone, and am embarrassed I ever had doubts in the first place! Would recommend!

Needed a replacement battery on my older Pixel 5. They were able to get a new battery for me in a couple days of requesting and the actual replacement itself was quick.
Overall good service, friendly guy and no issues that I can notice. What else could you ask for?

Prices were decent, but the repair isn’t. The screen repair took a month and parts of the screen no longer work. The home button came back broken, which was then “repaired” for free. Through the two months of this process, I had to ask for updates, and both times I was told I could come pick it up as if it had been done for a while. Very poor communication. The final time, I was told the home button was fixed, but it worked for all of thirty seconds when I picked it up, then not again. I was fed up at this point and wasn’t going back. Do not recommend.
