I used Canapply as an orientation agency to help with my application to study in Canada. At the beginning after we paid, things seemed promising, they were responsive, called us, and everything felt organized.

But once the universities started contacting me directly, I found out that many important documents were missing from my file, which really stressed me out. I tried to reach out multiple times to the person from the agency who was working with us, but she completely stopped responding.

For something as important as your future and studies abroad, I expected a lot more professionalism and follow-through. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t positive and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how things went.

If you’re serious about studying in Canada, I’d suggest looking for a more reliable and responsive agency.
