Amazing service, cannot rave enough about how helpful everyone was! The staff and Chad treated us like actual customers and took the time to go above and beyond explaining the product/process to us. We will definitely be returning and are lifelong customers, we won’t go anywhere else in Brooks! Thank you to everyone at 123 floors who helped us pick out & order our flooring!

The floor patching, levelling, and vinyl plank was done on time, quickly and looks great. They were up front about when they could fit us in, and kept to what they promised.

The deadlines on the online invoices were incorrect, but I appreciate being able to pay online.

Some trouble figuring out who needed to do
a flooring quote for insurance, and it was a challenge to get updates while making the arrangements:

Chad needs to train/equip staff so that they have access to developing information in order to do more without needing to have him in the office.
