Yesterday I was really mad because I felt like I was robbed with this company. Three weeks ago I went to Vapor plumbing and talked to the woman on front desk and asked her how much the hot water tank replacement and she said $1,500 to maximum $1,800 and I asked how long it takes she said two hours so right away I decided to have new hot water tank and she asked me the $1000 down payment so the next three days they two young guys to replace my hot water tank I was there when they pulled out the old one and installed the new one I noticed this two guys moving like a worm or like a turtle very slow and the way they work like trial and error because how many times they cut the line installed the fittings and coupler and then pulled out again all in all 4 1/2 hours before the job was done. Yesterday I went there to pay my balance and I was so really surprised because my balance amount of $1,487.68 so the total cost was $2,487.68 almost 700 higher than what she said to me. That's why yesterday I felt like I was robbed. I don't recommend this company. Stay away.

My first experience was amazing! Had a leaking toilet messaged them same day and the damage required a replacement and they immediately went and got a new one to install and got rid of the old one. The only plumbers in town I was able to get ahold of and I contacted 5 others before these guys and never heard from any of them!

Never ever go Vapor! They only look for money instead of providing good service. I had hot water problems in the kitchen and wash room, and wanted to replace the heater with a new one. I paid almost $5,000, they just replaced the heater, left the kitchen and wash room problems unfixed, I had to fix them myself. It seems they solve the easiest problems with highest price.

My furnace stopped working and I called Vapor to come look at it. It was a while later when Randy phoned. Told him my problem and he said he will come out. He found the problem right away and got the parts and had it fixed in no time. Mike has a top notch staff that I highly recommend.
