We started with them and invested a lot of time training our team on their system, only to face an unreasonable renewal price hike from $27K to $43K. Their system has ongoing issues they cannot resolve. We have raised concerns, they simply opened tickets and told us the “development team” would look into it — but nothing ever got fixed.

Instead of addressing real problems, they often suggested we were “using the system wrong,” which is unacceptable, especially in transportation where last-minute dispatch changes are normal.

They are very money-minded, and customer support does not truly care about resolving issues. If you value your money and time, I strongly recommend avoiding TransPlus.

For your reply, you guys already talk about it and you guys started telling me about contract.

Poor customer service and very rude. Their office is located in the industrial area of Guelph. While I was walking my dogs a lady ran outside flapping her arms telling me I was on private property. I was literally doing no harm. If your so sensitive about people walking along the edge of your industrial property then put up a sign.
