My old condo building installed a ParkCo gated system so they wouldn't have to pay someone to come in and ticket people. Now they have a full time attendant in a lawn chair because the new system almost never works properly. It bugs out constantly, either overcharging or making it impossible to leave without calling for assistance. People have gotten fed up and plowed through the gates on more than one occasion. The next time I see the dreaded blue ParkCo logo, I'm turning around.

Been parking here for a year for the day for work spending 400$ a month parking never once stayed for the weekend came in Monday morning hit my card at the end of the day was charged as if I stayed there all weekend wasn’t until I looked up at the screen it was too late I already tapped my card tried calling the number on the board and emailing everyday since Monday no response, also did the customer care parkco this emailed them no response not sure what to do

I was charged $48 for being parked for less than 24hrs. They are nothing but a scam just to park under ground. Nothing but a rip off. Not only did I reach out to them about the issue on the 14th of jan. It took them until the 31st for them to get back to me with their B.S. price break down after I had to email them more than 2 times. Avoid their parking at all costs.

We’ve been residents of our building for 2 months and in that time, this system might have worked for 5 days. When we moved in, it wasn’t working. Overhead door had to be left open for a couple weeks. The license plate readers very rarely work. The app works maybe half the time. The rest of the time, it’s completely unresponsive. Management has instructed residents to park their vehicle and go inside the garage to manually open. ParkCo has said it was a software issue and that they had fixed it, but that fix only lasted a couple days. Now they’ve created a temporary account to be shared by all residents, which doesn’t seem very secure.

The sysyem does not work properly in condo buildings.
We continually jave issues entering the garage anf there is no assistance. In the late evening we cannot get access as the app says are vehicle in the building. Parkco continues to change the agreement witout informing the cistomers.

Getting in and out of my apartment garage is night and day with parkco. Old system sucked and always delayed or malfunctioned, now it's so smooth. I think it reads our license plate and automatically opens. It's like magic and the best part of my drive
