Great business to purchase custom apparel from. Have ordered custom t-shirts, hoodies, and jerseys for the programs and associations that need support in Southern Alberta. The direct to transfer film makes the images and designs pop and look professional. Great customer service and quick turn around. Able to tweak designs to help them look better. Will continue to order items from Mustang and will recommend anyone to order from them too.

Jordan and his team have been awesome to work with. They've developed some very creative ideas w/ artwork and have been extremely responsive to making adjustments and alterations. If I could give more than 5 stars for this business, I definitely would! Everything about my interactions with them has been exemplary of how business should be done. From the first time I reached out to them for a quote and every email after that, they were prompt with responses and answered every question I had. In my first email requesting a quote, I provided them with a design that my group wanted on shirts, polos, hoodies and hats and in just a couple of hours they had already replied with answers and a graphic mock-up of how the design could look for each of the different items we wanted! All of their replies were that prompt and they also included ideas of how to modify our design for front and back of the shirt to give us even more options of how we wanted them done. The prices in their quote were very reasonable, better than other quotes I had received, and there were no surprise additional costs. When I submitted our order and told them we had a bit of a tight timeline, they couldn’t guarantee they’d meet my timeline due to clothing suppliers, which I understood, but as soon as they got word from suppliers they were in contact and followed through with getting all the items ready in time! They were so pleasant to deal with, even with all of my questions and tight timelines! The design turned out so well on all of the different items we ordered and the colours are right on with what we expected. Once I had delivered the items to my group everyone was delighted with how great everything looked and they also said that the sizing is right on and the quality of the items is very nice. We can’t be more pleased and appreciative of the experience we had doing business with Mustang Design and Apparel. I’m definitely going to use this business any time I need help with design and apparel!

I have used Mustang Design and Apparel for both personal and professional orders. I ordered t-shirts for my clinic staff this past summer. We changed the order multiple times and once at the last minute. Jordan and his team never got upset and got our order done quickly. We had a hard time designing the logo for our shirts. Jordan helped us come up with a custom design. My staff months later still wear the shirts. Their products are high quality. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
