DO NOT GO HERE. They lost my records both times for my pregnancy ultrasound. Eventually had to go to my doctor and get a new referral and just go somewhere else to get a photo of my baby. So unprofessional, don’t have paper in their ultrasound machines so don’t expect to leave with anything, the people behind the desk are extremely judgmental and don’t help. All in all will never go back here.

When I was told by my doctor I needed both an x-ray and an ultrasound I asked who I should schedule it with, he recommended Bluewater in Port Hope. I'm very glad he did. From the receptionist checking me in to the have a good day when I left it was as delightful as a medical appointment could be. When I walked in the receptionist made sure I had done my prep while asking me how my day had been so far. The ultrasound tech did everything she could to make me comfortable while positioning me and the x-ray tech seemed to be smiling the whole time. After I was finished the receptionist wished me a good day and I was out.

Update: i've updated my review given my most recent experience. The x-ray technician was wonderful and professional, and put me at ease.

The reception person was so lovely and patient.

I went in, and was very nervous but the front desk Jennifer made me feel so comfortable and she was very informative about how long I had to wait for my turn. It's such a pleasure to have someone that makes it such a great experience, even though we don't know what our results are going to be

What a fabulous experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, despite there being a slight delay with some appointments. Corrine was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the procedure comforting. She reminded me to always be an advocate for our bodies. Thank you.

The staff are relatively friendly and the techs are great, but if you are a parent-to-be and are really wanting those ultrasound photos of your little babe they have no printer available to print the photos for you to keep so you have to use your phone and get blurry images…As a new mom-to-be that’s pretty disappointing and I think they should consider getting the printer for their future patients.

They were very helpful at resolving a booking mistake after my mother with dementia cancelled an appt with them. I had to drive 4 hours one way to take my mother to her diagnostic imaging and was not amused when I arrived with my mother to be told the appt was cancelled. I had to take two unpaid days off work and stay in a hotel so the personal financial cost to me for this trip was huge. They quickly rectified the situation and provided the care they needed to provide and the admin and tech were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for proceeding with the imaging despite my mother with dementia canceling the appt the day before. Thank you.
