Don't be fooled by the amateur website or dodgy storefront. I was a little skeptical until I read all of the good reviews and then spoke to Roger and Kim. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to recover all of my data and reset my laptop after it got hung up during a windows update. Very reasonable rates and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was up and running quickly (at no extra charge). I can't say enough good things about this business.
