I've been visiting this place for years, a family run business. Very nice people and the food is good, so is the portion size. I love tipping at this place because the service and food is so worth it. It makes me feel like they're family. Genuinely nice people.

My friend and I had a great experience at Athena Grill! We tried the Shawarma Plate and the Combo Kebab Plate, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous — we were both really impressed with how much food came with each dish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty Middle Eastern food with great value!

Food was flavourful and made to order. The rice had a unique, slightly smoky flavor. The beef kebab was spiced nicely. The chicken was very yummy with some lovely crispy edges.

The BEST Greek-Lebanese hybrid food in all of Ottawa. No doubt. I’ve been going to Athens Grill with my family since 2007. The quality of the ingredients are top tier. The portions are generous. My dad and I both LOVE the beef kabob. I get a mix of chicken shawarma and beef kabob.

It is run by a gorgeous family who are some of the most kindest people I’ve met. A great local Ottawa business to support.

Flavour! Flavour! Flavour! Not sure what took me so long to try this place, but I’m so happy I finally did it. I ordered online, but it didn’t save me any time. However the service was phenomenal . The guy was working alone but he didn’t appear stressed. He was serving everyone , with a smile and kindness. The wait was not long.

The food was amazing . The garlic sauce and tzatziki were the absolute best I’ve had. The chicken was cooked perfectly. A good quality meal. Will be going back !

Something has drastically changed here - new ownership maybe!? We have been long time customers, however haven’t been back in many months. We went today and the food was terrible. The couple that we have come to know wasn’t there.

The food - It is hard to describe, no flavour with the exception of salt. There was so much salt in everything. We love our garlic and get extra but it was like it was watered down.

Great food, great staff! I’ve tried a lot of Greek and shawarma places but this is one of the top in the city. 10/10 recommend!!!
