I was in need of a new computer and since Derek helped with the last computer that we bought we decided to ask for his help again. He never disappoints. I updated to Windows 11 Pro and it came fully ready to use. This was good for me as I am not a techie. The service was quick I had my new computer within 3 days. From start to finish, it was easy working with Derek! He completed the work I needed done quickly and efficiently (and on my last minute timeline)! After he completed the process, he took the time to go over everything with me to make sure I was aware of the new set up and confident in the set up and how to use it! Thank you for speaking in computer terms I could understand and taking the extra time with all my questions! I tried doing the procedure myself with Google and YouTube tutorials and days later I still couldn't figure it out. My computer/website designer couldn't figure it out either but Derek had it all set up and completed in less than an hour!!! Very upsetting experience here. My wife and I dropped our computers off January 2nd. My wifes pc shuts down every time we log in. I brought him my old pc to part swap to help with fixing after diagnostic. The next day (Jan 3rd) i sent a text to try and see if we got anywhere & didnt hear back. Tried to call & got ahold of him he needed more time. No problem. 3 days passed i still had not heard anything so i sent a text again (jan 6th) no response & couldnt reach him by phone. On the 7th sent another text trying to check in on the progress and let him know I wanted to come and pick up my computers if he had not gotten anywhere .. still no answer. On the 8th my mom called him for me and he spoke with her and told her they should be ready thursday or friday. Ok no problem. Thursday heard nothing. Friday evening reached out he let me know he was heading to a event. Ok sure saturday the 11th reached out around 4 for an update - no response. Got a response sunday saying everything should be all ready for monday. Ok thank you. Monday the 13th rolls around checked in to make sure im good to go get em.. no response. Tuesday i reached out and he let me know he wouldnt be back until late can i come Wednesday the 15th. Well its Wednesday today i finally got my computers… he hadnt even done anything with them. 3 weeks of my time wasted and excuses and an upset wife without her gaming pc. I truly would have preferred for you to tell me you didnt have the time. Now i know for next time.

Derek has been servicing our computers for twenty years and he always solves our trickiest, glitchiest problems quickly and efficiently. Today I called him at 3:30 with an annoying email challenge, expecting to make an appointment to have it looked at within the next day or so. Instead, he got right on it and had my whole system up and running smoothly by 5:30. Over the years Derek has rescued us from many serious messes and it has been such a comfort to know he's always there to help keep our businesses operating without interruptions. I can't recommend Derek's services highly enough -- nor can I imagine where our businesses would be without his support and expertise for all these years.

Derek is phenomenal with knowledge, speed and quality of service when it comes to IT.

I brought my gaming rig to him to remove my cpu heat sink and add two new 16gb ram sticks to the slots underneath. Now my old ram sticks were only 8gb and of a completely different brand. Even after I was told that was I possible to run in my rig by the guys who built it, Derek got everything to work just fine. Ontop of that he fully cleaned my hardware and installed some software I didn't even know existed to speed up my rig and make it run games way smoother. ALL OF THIS DONE IN UNDER 4 HOURS. 100% 10/10 service, will deffinitly be returning for more work.

I was in a bind with my iPhone, about to leave for the long weekend with my Husband up North and my phone was on the fritz. Wouldn’t turn on for 15 mins, missing my entire contact list, apps completely gone, email a mess, you name it. Derek is a magician with his knowledge and I still can’t believe my phone is fixed thanks to him. Not only did he walk me through the steps, he did so in such a calm and easy manner that my mind was completely at ease.
