Tried to return some stain that was terrible product but they had no interest in helping in any way. It was basically “too bad for you” situation. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years and was extremely disappointed in their response. Was going to buy some Trex product there at the same time as I tried to return the stain but I guess that purchase will be made somewhere else.

Great location, product and service ! They had stock that other timber/lumber mart + larger box names did not have. They delivered to Muskoka and was incredibly accommodating! Shout out to Richard and the team for such great help and service!

It is nice when you can walk into a store, ask for their expertise and be able to trust it. Everyone wants to help you. It makes you feel like an old fashioned sales experience. I wish more stores would treat you like this. Job well done guys!

Hoping to get 12 pcs of latice to complete my new deck. First customer rep was not able to find it on the system, second rep much more qualified.... however I was told that they will not be able to find out till next Tuesday if the supplier has the item in stock.
