I brought a very wet old phone in and was planning on upgrading anyway. The staff member I delt with gave me a great deal on a new phone and transfer all my files and helped me with updating my passwords. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Amazing service… definitely recommend for any and all cellphone repairs. My iPhone charger had issues and they cleaned my phone got it working and didn’t charge me. Great customer service. Ask for Haroon.

Went in today and although the gentleman TRIED to fix my phone, unfortunately he couldn’t help me because I needed a new SIM card.

He was quite gracious, and didn’t charge me for his time.

I had a beautiful experience here this afternoon. I was distraught that my IPAD would no longer charge. I was told by the young, friendly man that it would cost me $120 to replace the charging port. I was worried as I didn’t have much more in my account after I would have to pay this. I asked if it could be done right away as my IPAD is like most people with their phones. It was 5pm. He looked at the time and then said let me see what I can do and went to the back. 5 minutes later he came back and said it’s fixed. There was a tiny piece from the charger lodged in there. They removed it! I asked what I owed them and they said don’t worry about it. Wow I almost cried I was so happy! Thanks again!!!

Had a small issue with my IPTV cause I accidently wiped the profile and called kw cellular for help and they walked me through the process no problem as it's hard for me to get to Cambridge to have them look at it. They were very professional and what normally could of been a bill they had no problem with helping me getting my TV back up and running. Been with them for almost 8 years with TV and even have my parents a TV box. And I will continue with them for a long time. Thanks again!
