My first visit was to use the shipping service. I noticed the decor, it gave me a smile. When I needed an Ethernet cable, I took a closer look. No racks of stock items. They displayed them as artwork. It looks more like a book store than a computer store. I like the vibe.

We had a nice experience here. We were just picking up a package, but the store has a great vibe to it, and they have some nifty 3D printed stuff that's worth a look.

They've put some thought into the customer area, and rather than boxes and boxes of computer parts, they've focused on the look and feel of the space, and I just got a feel that these folks take pride in the technology they work with. Even the tool kit of the technician we saw as we were walking out looked like the kit of somebody who takes pride in his work. Nice. This feels like a great local small business to support.

If you have any computer issues, visit Digital Underground. I needed help for a blown power supply. It ended up being proprietary. They went above and beyond to help me. This is a rare commodity and one I truly appreciate!

I visited here today because Maps told me that this was a dropbox for FedEx. I had a package to send, and won't use Canada Post anymore because they destroyed the last package I tried to send via Flat Rate box. So, I visited Digital Underground to make use of their in-house courier drop-off. The attendant was friendly and helpful, but I ended up not sending my package because the quoted price was more than I had been expecting. Nevertheless, the attendant was polite and offered me several suggestions for alternative modes of shipping. Since I ended up not making any purchase, I thought the least I could do in appreciation for the help I was given would be to write a nice review. So, here it is. Thank you for being a friendly, nearby option for sending packages, and I will certainly return in future.

Our puppy decided to use my laptop as a chew toy and cracked the screen. The Digital Underground team had my screen replaced and my laptop back to me in a couple days, and the price was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Digital Underground and Remco for 20 years. He has built three computers for me the newest just this past week, he and his staff have serviced all of them. I cannot say enough good things about the service and assistance I have received. They have been there whether my issue was large or I just needed some help to adjust to a new system, He and Mike are just a phone call away and are very prompt at looking after their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or just needing repairs and advice on an existing one.
