Over the course of the next couple of months, we followed up on all the advice we received from them and their network of experts on how to present our house for sale. It was worth it: our home looked stunning and we fell in love with it all over again. Happily, so did a number of other people. Within a week of listing the property, we had competing offers, which Clay and Johanna skillfully navigated to get us the best possible price.
