Mike is an amazing tech guy! My laptop had crashed and I couldn’t turn it on for the life of me… I thought I lost all my photos and was super stressed that everything was corrupted. Mike not only got all my photos back but also fixed my laptop and somehow got it to turn on!
He is very nice and friendly, prices are great and is super quick! He finished everything within a few hours and the whole situation went so smoothly. I will be going to him with any tech issues I have now. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

Mike was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with.
He paid specific attention to detail to repair and restore our computer to exactly how it was, as this was of great importance for my daughter with special needs.

Very happy with the service and their prices are more than fair... Romtec was the only computer repair place that was able to come the same day and he repaired my laptop and installed a new antivirus without having to take my laptop for days... ... The gentleman was also able the retrieve some old files and photos I lost months ago!!!

I called Romtek and spoke to Mike. I really needed his advice on which one of the 2 batteries in my laptop I needed to purchase on line. I texted him pics of the battery.
He even gave me the site on Amazon with the correct battery to purchase.
He did this just to simply help me out over the phone.

I called Mike because I had a problem with my laptop. He arrived when promised, prepared to diagnose the problem. We talked as he worked, and I understood his process. I am glad I called him because he's competent, honest, communicates with his client, and asks a fair price for an on-site call. I will call him for future repairs.
