I called Zee as all of my files were trapped on an older laptop that would no longer start up. He tried to guide me on the phone but when it was clear that it was not going to work he scheduled an appointment to come fix my problem the next day which was his day off. He moved all my files to my new laptop, removed my hard drive and offered to take the old laptop to recycling. In addition, he noticed bloatware slowing down my computer and cleaned it up for me.
He is very generous with his time and knowledge. He had my problems solved in under an hour and surpassed all of my expectations! He will be my first call when I have tech issues in the future. Zee delivers an exceptional level of service that is rarely found.

Zeeshan has always been available to me for regular technology assistance, and for occasional "crisis" technology intervention. Most recently, in the past 2 weeks, when my computer crashed and I had a December 31st deadline to meet, Zeeshan stepped up (even in his own personal holiday time) and helped me to get back on line and I made my deadline.
