Usually my favourite place to get my product because the friendly faces and smiles but lately when I’ve been going in I have been dealing with an extremely snarky miserable young lady. I asked about a product her response was “I don’t know I don’t smoke that stuff” (said with attitude) I then replied with “shouldn’t you know about the product you sell?” Again a snarky remark from her. Also argued with me and mumbling comments under her breath is just absolutely unacceptable, she should definitely be talked to and trained to properly deal with costumer especially considering I’m an extremely polite man always smiling and a Casa Bliss regular, I don’t like the unwelcoming feeling.
