Got a ride from Pine to Ross and the driver not only tried to turn on a red when someone was coming and they had to honk at him but also had to ask him to get off his phone as when I leaned over to grab my wallet I spotted his phone on his lap mid text conversation and was also declining phone calls WHILE actively turning from a stop onto Ross which is a busy road! Very disappointed. The man I called and spoke with about the situation was very concerned and seemed like he would handle the situation. Leaving a review as well because all it takes is one second his eyes were off the road and he could have caused an accident!

I ride with them all the time but..

I noticed my fare was $13.90 and he charged me $15.50. The cab riders do this often with me. One cabby will tell me they charge an extra dollar for using the debit machine (theyll manually put an extra dollar into the machine) and another one will charge me what the metre says.

This is the first time they charged me an extra $1.60 more than the metre.

I'd believe the whole "we charge an extra dollar more" if it weren't for the inconsistencies from the cab riders. So.. I will be bringing up the extra charge next time because this isn't making any sense.

Disgusting service.... They dont even receives calls, it literally takes 10 to 15mins them to pickup the calls, they says 3 mins the taxi will be there and if you are waiting for urgency pickup they might end up to reach at your location after 10 to 15mins... you waste your money and time as well. They change to long route so that they can earn an extra bucks. . If there would have be a point in mins (-) i would have given to this people. Most important , if you pay them in cash, they wont even bother to give you the remaining cash back. ? I am not gonna recommend this service to ANYONE!

It’s a great cab service for Timmins and their cabs are relatively fast in arrivals especially if you book on time.

Their only issues is some of the dispatchers don’t have English proficiency and they can barely understand some of their clients and customers at times and it can be frustrating, especially in terms of communication.

I would suggest hiring individuals with proficiency in English to a completely knowledgeable understanding of what the person says over the phone that way theirs never any issues.

The guy who picks up the phone is amazing. He's working hard to get orders down to the drivers and pick up customers on time. Very devoted team, and I always tip drivers who communicate with you along the way. I hate silence sitting in a cab lol
