Kevin has been a absolute God send for my family and I . We had a huge break in only two weeks after we moved to the area . I was so scared and was so anxious after that . He came abs told me he will make sure we will be secure. Kevin totally made us at ease and his confident nature and caring heart and his trust worthy attitude , proves he made us feel safe to know he was installing security for us. Between him installing my hard cameras and home system he also installed my ADT security system. I would have to say I now sleep at night again. He truly brought me back to a place where I feel you can trust people once again. I would have to say he is super professional goes over and above and beyond, any other service tech I know would not be as thorough as he has been . He is extremely talented in his profession and from what I have observed he knows his technology and is totally up to date with the newest stuff he has tonight me a lot in a short time. Kevin installed my system just over a week ago. I also got the monitor for if your temp in home drops the alarm will notify the company plus show up on your cell phone.
Well getting off work yesterday, I go check my phone on my home since I work away from home. There was an alarm that my home temp had dropped. I was in a panic thinking all the worst. Well was able to get off work site and home. Yes my furnace wasn't working. But no frozen water pipes all due to a little monitor that is on my wall. I recommend to anyone to have this put in your home. Has I was not due to come home for another week, for sure all my water pipes would of froze and busted.
Well worth the investment and then some.
