This past week a family member needed some assistance from a caregiver. I reached out to Innovative Homecare Solutions for help and they were able to provide 2 caregivers for (2) 4 hour shifts the very next day! The caregivers were caring, compassionate and well trained. By the end of the week, we needed a live in and once again the staff work late Friday night and early Saturday morning to find someone. By 5pm Saturday evening, we had a live in. She is wonderful and we are so grateful for all the care and attention my family member received. I highly recommend calling Innovative Homecare Solutions if your family member needs help as well.

Jon Benney is awesome so sweet. I really appreciate her help with us. She is a Blessing. She is great help I have no voice and is happy to call for me when needed. God saw we needed help and he put her in my and my husband life he has start of dementia and she is gentle with him. He really enjoys her help and conversation. I can see how happy talking to him. She does not yell or snap at him. She a Great Friend to us

Theresa, the care manager for Innovative Homecare solutions, was phenomenal in her communication. Always accessible, always ready to help with solutions to whatever issue we were having. We believe she went above her job responsibilities to help us navigate a very difficult time. She was able to balance being an advocate to our elderly mother, who had irrational paranoid tendencies, as well as equally advocate for us the family. Innovative is very lucky to have Theresa as part of their team, and so are the families who have Theresa’s help during a very tough time.

The caregivers who work here… some are better than others. We are thankful for them all, as they took care of mom In ways we could not.
We do not want to mention any name, but the last caregiver we had, she lacked in communication skills, often times withholding info from the family, to the detriment of the patient. She didn’t even offer us condolences after mom passed. However, we believe this is a reflection of a person and not the agency.

I would still give this company 5 stars for the very prompt communication from the agency, as well as the support and kindness from all office staff, and the kindness of all the caregivers towards our mom, especially Agnes B. and Norma:) Thank you.

I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My dear friend recently returned home from a prolonged illness, and I am her POA. We found Innovative Homecare Solutions to be a great company to work with, as my friend has needed home health since she has returned home. Samra, her caregiver, is an angel. Samra is kind, patient, empathetic and very tuned in to the needs of my friend. She is very organized and keeps track of all appointments for my friend. Samra is a hard worker, prepares meals, does housework and provides much needed companionship to my friend - who has benefited greatly from such high quality of care and compassion. Samra is always punctual and dependable. I can trust her to keep my friend safe in her own home.

We’ve been very happy with Innovative Healthcare Solutions. The communication, planning and billing has gone smoothly. We hired Lucy to assist my dad (diagnosed with Alzheimer’s). I can’t say enough positive things about Lucy. She has been amazing! Her care and support goes beyond our expectation. I don’t know how we would manage without her care. Props to her sister, Tess who offered great support while Lucy was out!

If you need a caregiver for your loved one’s this is not the one, 1 week we have been with them and 4 days they called in sick and I know it was snowing but I made it to work everyday! My loved one did not eat, or medication or was changed in 24 hours, this is pathetic and I don’t know how this company is in business! I DO NOT Recommend this company!

I have been using Inovative care for a little over a year and a half for my 90 year old mother. Teresa, at Inovative care has been very conscientious of answering all my questions, emails, and phone calls. Always there to help answer questions and lead me in the right direction that I need it. Sue , my mothers caretaker has been very good with my mom. She is always patient with her because sometimes my mom can be a little argumentative. We enjoy Sue ‘s positive attitude and concern with my mom.
