The worst company I have ever worked for, they have imported a bunch of non technical managers who are trying to enforce their outdated work culture and practices here. More often than not, it's a hindrance not a support working with others.

WARNING = STAY AWAY. These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. The only people that work here are people who cannot find work elsewhere. Employees are all immigrants with no knowledge of labor laws desperate for work which allows Tata to take full advantage of them. They may be assigned to a customer site yet Tata will demand them to do hours and hours of compliance courses (in excess of 20hrs) with no pay or do it while at the customer site. Outrageous.

Can i give -1000 stars . Don’t deserve to be in canadian market. Worst leaders. Promoting leaders and managers from in* and they are following in** rules here in canadian market. Worst workplace . Going through depression due to poor work culture. Work environment will make you doubt your capabilities. Managers mentally harassing employees

They are bunch of scammers from In***. They took 2 rounds of interviews and told me I was shortlisted for final round with the client. After 1month they informed me that the position I've applied has been taken out lol. These psychos waste time of unemployed people by luring them with jobs just to promote their company. Good job, you guys are worst.

HR team is the worst in responding to calls or mails even though I’m an employee from TCS India there is not much help and support from the team here in Canada . offshore HR’s are much better and tied to their work culture . I tried to contact a lady in the role of manager talent acquisition don’t want to mention her name here , multiple times she just kept on ignoring the calls should have at-least picked once to know reason .

HR is the sole person of contact , if we can’t reach out to them there is no point of having them there .

Definitely one of the worst service based company that I have worked so far. The Senior Management team (including HR team) did not respond back to my emails upon submitting resignation. The company obtains service contracts from other clients by underbidding the cost and does not compensate its employees for overtime efforts.

Horrible company hiring unskilled lazy employees, who hired and promoted Nilesh Parab as a QA Lead? He is in competent in leading the team. CIBC made a horrible choice using this service.
