Speeds are consistently at or below 1 Mbps and there have been at least 2 outages in the past 1-2 months or so which makes it difficult to do business. I contacted their tech line and emailed a screenshot of my speed test results and all I got back was my connection looked good and to call back to "trouble shoot". If things don't improve the next call I make will not be to their tech line but to a competitor.

They answer on the first ring and have been consistently outstanding in their service. I've been through three of the big telcos who have charged me quadruple and delivered far less. From install to followup they have been outstanding. I generally don't have anything positive to say about a general transaction with a service provider but these people have been outstanding and need to be recognized for it. I'm very impressed with them and that takes a lot

They have recently upgraded their plans for improved down and up speeds. They treat customers with respect and are always ready to help. They've always been willing to work with my requests from day one. We've been with them for 4 years now.

These guys are great and the service is impeccable. I have a client that uses them and they were showing offline. Called on Thanksgiving Monday (holiday) at 7am thinking it would go to voice mail and someone picked up and helped me right away. Another time I was onsite at this client and they were having some problems with the internet (not on their end) and Andrew's had to come by. They were at the client 10 min after I finished the call with them and resolved the problem quickly. I've been in IT for close to 20 years and you don't see this quality in service often.

If you enjoy good wifi connection and speed then this is not for you I have been with them for years and they have poor connection lower speeds then promised they’re constantly offline and you can’t use your internet they can’t protecr from any cyber attacks including a ddos ! My internet was down for days because of a ddos one time from 1 kid online and they were able to take down they’re servers for a couple days and I was blamed for it because they used my info to find who my provider was and if there is ever a storm your internet is basically nonexistent. Awful company

Since Vianet has taken over from the previous provider the internet has become much less reliable. The network seems to be very fragile, and there is never a warning about maintenance work or any way to check network status except to call. If you do call the script is the same. Something is wrong and they are working on it. No ETA, no outage map, no transparency at all. If you have another option for a rural internet provider you may want to explore the alternatives.
