I have been using ABELDENT in my office for well over 20 years. I have always found them to be very receptive to our needs and quick to respond to any issues we have had. Recently I needed individualized specific reports which were not part of the routine report menu. Rob was amazing facilitating my request and quickly brought Dave from programming into the discussion & they quickly facilitated my needs. Super thankful for Lauren, and the Abel team! We've recently upgraded to ABELDent Local + at our office and we're loving it!

However, NOTHIHNG could compare to the amazing experience we've had working with Lauren. Always making time to help when we need it.

She's taken the time to show us all of the little things, fix minor issues, and ensured we are happy with our ABELDent experience.

A few days ago, I attended a demo through a web meeting, but I decided not to proceed because the person presenting was not very enthusiastic. There was no significant difference from the Maxident software I'm currently using. Moreover, the presenter was poorly prepared and lacked sincerity.

Kudos and great appreciation to Scott at AbelDent support. His patience and explanations helped our office to better understand the program software as returning customers, related to many aspects of insurance. Insurance applications are very complicated and Scott patiently guided through some procedures which were very helpful. Thank you Scott for ending my day on a better note!
