I use this App for multiple Clients on Shopify, the App has an amazing Dev team, as well as Support team, with multiple rich features out of the box, like setting up conditionals for shipping, setting up automatic shipping rates based on package size. To do so you specify the product dimensions and it will calculate the optimal shipping packages, as well as let the Business owner which packages to use, tied to the orders themselves. Paul from Shipping Inc, has been super helpful on multiple occasions always answering questions for me quickly and promptly and helping me get to a solution. Recently helped me integrate the App with Zapiet for Pickup and Local delivery as well! Give them a go it's an amazing App!

I love this app! I have tried almost every shipping app available for the Shopify platform and this app is the most robust, flexible, reliable and straightforward shipping app available.

Online shipping management is not intuitive no matter how you slice it, but compared to other shipping apps, this app is far more intuitive than anything else on the Shopify app store.

For my company specifically shipping management is extremely complex. Other apps only accomplish about 80% of my shipping needs, but Intuitive Shipping is the ONLY app that has been able to accommodate 100% of my shipping needs.

In fact, the only thing better than the app itself is the customer service. I'm able to figure out how to accomplish most goals via IS app, but if I get stuck, Joel and his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, transparent, and friendly. They're problem solvers and I have never received a reply without a solution or suggestion. I wish they could be my CS agents for ALL of my apps!
