Great staff and store!!

I had a wifi issue that no other repair service wanted to touch. The staff at the Waterloo store quickly assessed the issue, ordered a part and then called me within 2 days to advise that it had arrived.

A low cost solution and my laptop is working perfectly.

I used this place once to repair my laptop and more recently to fix my iPad, and both times they did an excellent job. My laptop worked perfectly for years after the repair, and my iPad is still functioning well. The Apple service center only offered an option to trade in the broken device for a discount on a new one, but SimplyFixIt was able to fix it

I brought in a water damaged laptop for them to check out. They quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what options I had. They didn't charge me at all or try to trick me into anything when I just accepted that my laptop was fully beyond repair. Highly recommend.

Was a good experience, the girl at the front desk was generous, had my device fixed within one and half hour, even though they had a lot of devices to work on, but they fixed mine as soon as possible

Super fast service (picked up my laptop the next day), With extremely good pricing. Just overall incredible experience with them. To add, im super grateful that they were able to save my data as I had a hard drive issue. They are also super nice and to mention pricing again, they have super great pricing and I really appreciate the free diagnostics.

Apple quoted us $833.00 (with tax) to fix our iPad. Took it to Simply Fix It and it was a $20.00 fix! Lovely technicians to work with on top of that. Come here before letting Apple fix your devices!

I brought my laptop in because it wasn't turning on. They fixed the issue and had it ready the following day. Quick service and will definitely go here for any other future tech issues (hopefully that won't be necessary lol)
