Is this even a real business?
I tried to book online - book now form failed at payment page twice (as in, the page didn't acknowledge or change even though I clicked to pay).
I tried to call support. No answer. Then someone called me back from a different phone number saying they were from the "IT company" and more or less coaxed me into saying the name. He had no idea what I was talking about with an online booking form. He then offered to take payment over the phone - nooooo thank you bro. I hung up. He called back. Twice.
About two hours later I got two invoices to my email for the pre-payment amount.
Decided to go in person. It's in the back of a business park - fine. But there is no signage anywhere and the door to their unit was around the corner from the drive way and locked at 1:30pm on a Monday.
Again, tried to contact support and got no response. Again, someone called me back from a third phone number, and literally just... stopped talking to me after I said no one was there to accept my printer drop off or talk about the random charges.
Absolutely the sketchiest business experience I have had and I notified my bank to reject any charges that came through as fraud.

I bought a 1 year subscription in Aug 2023. Now I cannot reach them and their web pages do not work? I think they are not in business anymore?

My Experience with Tim from Hello Nerds was Excellent, i appreciate that, Didn't got my printer going because there is a hardware issue with that, but still the support was excellent.

I truly appreciate all of the patience and explanation they provided me. Please be aware that my my contact with the very knowledgeable, efficient, cut to the chase and exemplary "Amelia" was beyond compare. As your organizations customer representative, I found her to be quite the constructive experience in every respect. In my opinion, Amelia is definitely to be considered a major asset to your organization. Her expertise, patience and understanding of my difficulties was extremely perceptive and right on the money. Her efforts were tireless and she was always very patient with me considering my rudimentary knowledge and understanding of my difficulties.
