To be honest, did not have a great experience here. The situation was bigger than the brick. Purchased a defective t.v.
However, what bothered me was it was up to me to take care of all the phone calls to the supplier when it should be the seller. Responsibility of purchases these days are pushed onto the customer. While the sellers collect. , and take no responsibility for taking on the roll of the middle man. I felt responsible for a faulty product.

Just purchased a beautiful recliner. Our experience with the Wawa store was a lot of fun,we looked at everything and will be purchasing a stove after xmas. The young man that looked after us was so polite. I definitely recommend this location

Where to start? Purchased a large wooden bed online and was delivered a week late. Side rail and slats broke in the middle of the night after 4 days. Sent 2 emails and called with no answer before we got a call back a week later from the Brick Wawa. Was told it was a month for replacement pieces or we could wait for a new bed and no refund/return due to policies (no return policy they only replace peices). A month later we receive new side rails but no slats. Called Wawa again and was told I would get a call back asap about the slats and when to expect them... still waiting 2 weeks later with no call. Buyer beware, unless you want a headache and poor product! Have been sleeping with mattress on the floor for 2 months STILL NO SLATS OR DELIVERY DATE.

I have been shopping at the Brick for many years, whenever I need anything I go and see Martine and she always sets me up with the best products for my family. Martine is amazing and has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever I go there. Such incredible customer service every single time! I definitely recommend the Brick Wawa.
