I took my new HP laptop into the store for some software adjustments after not being satisfied with the previous software service that I had used. Joel spent the time to properly set up my Thunderbird (email application) folders so that they matched what was on my old laptop. He also removed unusable folders that were difficult to get rid of. HIs cost was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with his work and would use his services again.

A couple of keys on my laptop keyboard stopped responding, and I worsened the situation by making repairs myself. It became unrepairable! The Shoppe technician decommissioned the old keyboard. Of course, I did not want to wait and spend hundreds on a new keyboard. I purchased the shop's spare external keyboard (Dell). Kindly, they gave it to me for free! The entire experience from the moment I entered the Repair Shoppe was excellent! Thank you to the whole team for your attention, fast turnaround time, and advice about buying a new laptop should I need one.

Although they didn't repair my laptop they were an amazing help and really kind. I was told I could take my laptop to them under my warranty service with Lenovo, but it would take a couple weeks (same as sending it to Lenovo) because its a warranty repair. Since I use my laptop every day I couldn't send it in for that long so they gave me advice to upgrade my warranty to be able to use the Lenovo on-site service. They were really nice and more helpful than anyone else I'd spoken to about the issue with my laptop.
