Very quick and reliable servicing! They were in and out within 20 minutes when they installed my internet. Scott and his partner are extremely friendly, mindful and knowledgable with what they do. Thanks guys for coming out (even after missing you the first time around) 🙂

Satellite Scott is awesome. Super guy, super skills, knows what he's doing, does it efficiently, and has fair costs. Had him do our internet installation, then called him back a few months later for a cell signal booster installation - previously had zero bars on either my Rogers or Telus line inside the house in a rural area, now at 2 to 5 bars on each. Great guy all around, cannot recommend him enough. In a world where competency is on the wane, he's the kind of guy you want.

Looking forward to having him back again this summer to complete another installation.

Called A1 satelite company to fix my bell express vu dish. Roofers cut the satelite cable and had no reception. Scott was very friendly and curtious. Fixed the install that bell screwed up by being lazy. Scott was in and out with in twenty minutes!

Scott was great , installed my Starlink in no time and quickly patched it into my home while also being professional and transparent with his assessment. Would recommend without hesitation.

I recently had Scott sent to me by xplornet.
The guy named Scott had no ladder. And advised me to cut my massive trees. When I saw him with no ladder and calling me to complain that he's from Cornwall I knew he wasn't able to help me .... called another company and they told me the dish was off from our crazy windstorm..They pointed it in the original location and it works flawless now....
Scott also wrote a report to xplornet that was not truthful.. making it extremely hard to have xplornet send another contractor...
I hope you all see how how frustrating this was and cutting trees is like a 1500-3000 $ expense...
not professional at all.
When you talk to educated people make sure your a 100% sure. like go up and move the dish around..I am sorry to write such a bad review but man you gave me no choice because everything you said made no sense and when you where here I was extremely respectful and you know it.
