Had a warning come on the Volvo as we were making our way from
Nelson to the lower mainland. Stopped to get some peace of mind (and fluids) at ABH. Paul and Tyler (hopefully got their names right) were awesome to fit us in, professional and got us on the road again quickly.

I’m a bit late with this review however it’s still very well deserved.
In October of 2023 I was in the market for another truck. After looking all over BC and AB I found a ford raptor here at ABH, I contacted the sales manager Perry and we started chatting about things. He was incredible and got my confidence right away, the finance manager Naomi took over and helped me every step of the way, not only were they going above and beyond for me but they were so pleasant and patient with my situation / requests, I was not local so I really wanted to make sure this was the right deal for me, I arrived to town about a week later and met with the Owner Ken who was also beyond fantastic.
I wanted to inspect the truck fully myself top to bottom, test drive it and make sure it was in good shape, Ken was more then happy to let me check it out and do what I wanted to do, they were very transparent with what was going on with the vehicle and let me perform my own inspection and scan the truck. I didn’t find anything else wrong with it other then what they had stated ( unlike other dealerships I had visited )
Once I was finished we made a deal and signed the paper work !
Overall the transaction was super smooth and easy to deal with, you really get the “ family “ vibe with how they all interact with eachother along with the costumers. They truly went above and beyond I believe with the service.
After a few months the truck has seen quite the transformation and it’s still running great!

I 100% would recommend them to anyone.

This place has gone above and beyond any exsperience I've ever had byeing a vehical . I had the pleasure of dealing with ken and he had exceeded all my expectations of a car sales man. I beleave this place is a hidden gem and well worth the commute for me to have the best exsperience I've ever had purchasing a vehical. If your looking for a vehical search no further this is your guy.

I have to admit that I was skeptical when a family member from out of town for the weekend took his vehicle to a used car dealer's service dept but it was the only mechanic open on a Saturday and vehicles never cooperate when they break down. Jesse did an excellent job for him, from start to finish, turning a probable write-off into a repaired car with a new lease on life! I have dealt with a lot of different service departments and repair shops before and I can confidently say that Jesse and his team at ABH (Service) were among the best I have encountered. I plan to take my vehicle there in the future.

We had problems with our Jeep Commander overheating on the way back from Kelowna. After two days of sleeping in the car on the road, we got to Grand Forks where we parked at the OK tire service station next to ABH because they were the first on the road. They had a very unprofessional approach and replaced the radiator for almost 1000$ and the car didn't run at all. In the end I went to ask the service next to OK tire to ABH where I saw the complete opposite fantastic approach where they first did a diagnosis of the car fault and found out what the problem was. The repair was no longer financially worthwhile but for the time they worked on the car they took nothing and everything was free. I have not seen such a very professional approach and great communication for a long time. I believe that if we stopped with a breakdown at ABH they would fix the car and we could continue on our way. Thank you very much for your help and willingness. Tomas

While I was recently driving across Canada to help move my daughter I encountered a deer that stopped my journey cold. I was stranded in Grand Forks with a loaded truck and not a lot of options. Walking from Johnnys Motel to ABH took a while and gave me plenty of time to work many scenarios in my mind. Upon arriving at ABH looking every inch the sweaty vagabond that I was, Perry Woloshyn could have sent me away with a wave and a "See ya later" however he was empathetic to my plight and listened to my ordeal and even offered a few options. I thanked him and promised to return the following day as the finance portion of the operation was not engaged at the time.
Upon returning the next day, sweaty once again as I had to walk from Johnnys motel again, Perry greeted me and already had the finance process under way. You would think that he would hold my feet to the fire because I had already played my hand to the severity of my situation but this was not the case. He had even lowered the price of the truck that I hopefully would purchase to continue my journey to Montreal. Once the magic of the computer had run its course , no thanks to telus, That is another story, I found myself the owner of a brand new used truck. Now to register the damn thing! Perry lent me a car so that I could drive into town to Autoplan as I had already traversed Grand Forks three times and the locals were already getting to know my name and waving every time I passed by.
In the end I got my truck and drove to JD Towing and loaded up my new truck and drove (not walked) to Montreal where I sit now writing this review. Reviews to follow about Johhnys Motel and JD Towing and Omega Restaurant. To summarize ABH treated me with respect and were very helpful. I wish I could remember the finance ladies name as her and I went on a roller coaster ride of emotions together, wait I found her card.....Naomi Glenvad Teramoto was top notch and worked to get me a deal. Thank you very much because there was a couple stressful moments thanks to &^%$#@!Telus. Good people and honest.

We had one of our newer trucks with a failed alternator on the highway near Grand Forks. I contacted Jesse at ABH who immediately went to our driver with some rescue tools and was able to both get the truck to their shop and our driver to a hotel. If parts had been available Jesse would have come back on after hours to repair. Fantastic service and very professional. Great communication throughout and our equipment is ready for pickuif you need help with your vehicle these are the folks to see. Thanks so much p.

Had my muffler system replaced at ABH service. These guy's are very professional and went out of their way to get my vehicle in and repaired ASAP. They saved me a good 2 hour drive & fuel in that I didn't have to come in the next day as I live an hour out of Grand Forks. Thank you for the good service, coffee and cookies. I'd go back and deal with them anytime.
