If you're wanting to receive a work product on time, I would not recommend. We were promised a 2-week turn around for a simple slab drawing needed for our permit. It took over 2.5 months to recieve that drawing. We followed up via email multiple times and never got a response. We had to call for updates and were often given conflicting information. It took a month to get the project on the drafting table, which wasn't ideal, but understandable. What follows next is utterly unacceptable! It took them a month to notice that a site visit was needed to proceed with the drafting. After the site visit, it took an additional three weeks for a drafter to pick up the project (due to internal miscommunication), when we were told that we would get the final within a week of the site visit. There was zero urgency by any of the staff (with the exception of our engineer Jon) to get this rather simple project started and completed. Never worked with a professional services firm this disorganized in my life! The lack of urgency and communication by the admin staff is startling.

Jon, the engineer we worked with, was fantastic! Easy to talk to and shared a lot of knowledge and information that we needed.
