Brought in my 4-year-old $800 ASUS laptop because it had the worst performance issues that couldn't be fixed by anything I did. By the next day, he had determined it was a hard drive issue, gave me a quote and went to work installing it. He charged me exactly as quoted, no unexpected other fees, and put in a hard-drive that's 45x faster than my old one! My laptop runs like it's brand new again and for only $250 with data backup. 10/10, cannot recommend enough!

I was having difficulty updating my operating system from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Left my desktop with them and they let my know there was a problem with my old out of date hard drive that would need to be replaced in order to run Windows 11. My gaming laptop had stopped working and other computer techs could not figure out why. A family member recommended I take my laptop to Chad and he and his team were able to figure out what was wrong with my laptop, and within a day and a half Chad called me and said my laptop was back up and running. Excellent work - definitely recommend. If you're having a computer emergency, Chad will fix it. Or - if your computer isn't running as fast as it used to, or you picked up a virus, take it to Absolute Computers - they can fix it up.
